On Friday, July 17, 2026, the Executive Board of CDCC-USA INC had the distinct honor of being received in an official audience by H.E. the Ambassador of the Republic of Cameroon to the United States at the Embassy of Cameroon in Washington, D.C.
This highly constructive meeting, which began at 2:00 p.m. and concluded at 5:00 p.m., provided an opportunity to introduce our Think Tank, present our ongoing work, and formally submit our report on the Expectations and Frustrations of the Cameroonian Diaspora. One of the report’s fundamental principles is “No Taxation Without Representation.” This principle reflects the diaspora’s legitimate aspiration to be fully represented in the decision-making processes that affect its contributions to Cameroon’s national development.
We welcome this significant milestone, which strengthens the credibility, visibility, and influence of CDCC-USA INC, while paving the way for a constructive institutional dialogue in the best interests of Cameroon and its diaspora.
